Returns
We offer a full refund of your purchase if are not completely satisfied with the item upon return of goods in the condition they were delivered. We ask that you contact Candles Crafts Gifts either by phone or email within 48 hours of receipt of goods before returning. Postage is non-refundable unless by prior agreement at our discretion. Your statutory rights are not affected. We ask that you follow the same procedure if goods arrive damaged.
Cancellations
You may cancel an order at any time before dispatch of that order. After that time please see our returns policy.
Privacy Policy
Any information given to us by a customer is treated as confidential and is only used by us, if the customer agrees, for keeping the customer up to date with special offers and information relating to Candles Crafts Gifts. WE DO NOT SHARE YOUR INFORMATION WITH THIRD PARTIES.
Delivery
Goods are delivered by parcel force or other suitable courier. All orders must be signed for upon receipt of goods. Any breakages must be reported to Candles Crafts Gifts by email or phone within 48 hours of receipt of your goods. We reserve the right to refuse any order.
Most orders will be dispatched within 7 days but please allow up to 21 days for delivery. To keep costs down your items will be sent as one delivery.
Cost of delivery depends on the number of items ordered 1-2 items delivery cost is £2.99, 3-5 items delivery cost is £3.99 and over 6 items will be a flat rate of £4.99 per purchase.
International Delivery
We reserve the right to refuse an order to any destination however on the rare occasion this may happen you will not be charged (or a refund will be given). Delivery times will vary depending on destination and time of year. So please allow plenty of time for your order to arrive. All purchases are in pounds sterling and payment of UK VAT is included in the retail price. Please note you may have to pay additional import duty or equivalent or additional taxes or levies it is up to you the customer to check these additional costs before you order your goods. You the customer are liable for any additional costs incurred.
Delivery cost is a flat rate of £15.00.
Delays or Problems with orders
We will endeavour to keep you up to date of any issues or problems that may delay your order. However you have the right to cancel your order if that occurs until dispatch of the order in accordance with our cancellation policy.
Payment
Payment is made through Pay Pal or by credit or debit card through sage pay and is subject to their terms and conditions. Any information used by them is not passed on to us without your consent.
Made to Order Candles
Please note are candles are handmade and may take up to 21 days for delivery although most orders will be despatched within 7 days. Each batch is subject to slight colour variations or scent variations as each batch is coloured and scented individually.
Warnings
We have a separate page on our website dedicated to candle care and warnings. We also endeavour to include warning labels with all products in the unlikely event these are not included please refer to the internet site for advice before using one of our products. Any further advice or guidance will be given by email upon request.
General
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.
Candles Crafts Gifts is the new name for Batty Crafts and Gifts or Batty Candles.
